When compressed air is used in the health industry, for cosmetics, for food preparation or in sensitive equipment it is important that this compressed air is not polluted. An oil-free compressor can be used to generate clear compressed air.
Oil-free compressors will meet the highest requirements for air purity. We can deliver compressors that are connected one-on-one to a machine, but can also deliver compressors that can be used for the entire air supply in larger laboratories.
The technique we used in our oil-free compressors distinguishes itself for its simplicity. It is based on decades of further development and has achieved the highest form of liability. Every component has been developed to enable a maximum input (duty cycle) in combination with a high performance, low energy consumption and long life span. The compact design has been developed in such a way that the noise level is reduced to a minimum.
Model Limited
We deliver the oil-free model Limited, with a very low noise level of merely 63 dB for the smaller output volumes to 90 litres per minute. The design has one or more cylinders with ringless suckers. These suckers are directly connected to the shaft of the prime mover by means of a connecting rod, because of which the sucker also makes a canting movement next to the back and forth movement. The design of the cooling system guarantees a heat drainage that enables a duty cycle of 80%.

Model Medium
For a medium-sized output up to 130 litres per minute at 8 bar, this oil-free model Medium is available with a very low noise level of merely 60 dB/A. The design has two cylinders with ringless suckers, which strongly reduces the friction and which enables a duty cycle of 80%. The medium compressor can also be delivered in an even more quiet design.

Model Advanced
The model Advanced can be used for the larger volumes. The design has one, two or three cylinders. The connecting rod is connected to the sucker by means of a bearing, as a result of which the rod moves back and forth in line with the cylinder. The friction is minimal, which enables a very high duty cycle. When higher volumes are required, we can also deliver a standard 200 litres tank equipped with two three-cylinder engines of 2.2 kW each that have an 480 litres output per minute at 8 bar. The pressure can be increased to 10 bar.

Portable model
We also have a compressor in a practical portable synthetic box available that has been derived from the Limited model. The box is equipped with a 0.5 litre reserve tank, spiral cable, spray-gun and a practical tool compartment (Tool-model). The portable compressor is, amongst others, also used in IT branch for servicing computers and beamers.
